Hartzler Family Office was established by Paweł Hartzler, whose vision and values shaped our firm from the very beginning.

Hartzler, who, regretfully, passed away in 2024, served as Senior Director at Kulczyk Investments, one of Poland’s most prominent family enterprises, where he developed deep expertise in family governance, risk management and strategic planning for complex family portfolios.

A graduate in Finance and Banking from the University of Warsaw, Hartzler also earned his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. His unique blend of local insight and international perspective set the foundation for a family office committed to independence, discretion and partnership.

Today, the team at Hartzler Family Office remains dedicated to carrying forward Hartzler's legacy of serving every family with the integrity, clarity and strategic purpose as he championed.
